Pu-Erh is a famous Chinese Black Tea that is pressed into cakes. It is also referred to as Bing Cha, Ping Cha, and Fang Cha, depending on the specific shape of the tea cake. Bing Cha, for example, is biscuit shaped, and Fang Cha is square shaped.
In recent years, Yunnan Pu-Erh has received some publicity for its medicinal properties. Clinical research demonstrated that it was more effective than Clofibrate in reducing fat, with no side effects!
